DOES KAP SWIM SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Kap Swim offers international shipping via Canada Post. Rates are based on delivery address and can be reviewed at check out.

 

DO I PAY INCOMING DUTIES & TAXES ON MY ORDER?

All incoming taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer.

 

CAN I SUGGEST A DESIGN OR COLOUR?

We want to cater to our customers and value all of your feedback! Email us at salam@kapswim.com with the subject line ‘design idea.’ We can’t wait to see what ideas you have in mind.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We will gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of your original purchase. You will be required to ship the package back to us and we will exchange it for a different size within 48 hours of receiving your return. We do not pay for shipping costs of returning your item unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect order. 

 

IS IT NORMAL FOR COLOUR TO RUN?

The first few times you put on your Kap Swim shorts, you may notice some colour run. This is normal and should stop within a few wears. Please keep in mind the washing instructions and keep away from light fabrics when drying. Be careful not to wear light coloured clothing over wet swimwear. Some shades may bleed or transfer when wet. We use the best dyes available, but cannot guarantee complete colour fastness on some colours.

HELP! I DON’T KNOW WHICH SIZE I SHOULD ORDER.

It's never easy picking the right size, but we’ve included a handy sizing chart on each product page for you to refer to. Keep in mind, you will choose your size based on your waist measurement just like you would with traditional pants. 

 

I AM INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A WHOLESALE ORDER. HOW DO I GO ABOUT THIS?
